Shrimp n Grits. Its not that hard to make but the Yankee palate is a funny one. I dont know if people here in New England are ready for breakfast shrimp. But here goes. I saute green onion, parsley, bacon and my spices. A touch of smoked paprika, some red pepper, a kiss of old bay and of course some sea salt. Then the shrimp go in and cook just until they turn pink. Serve over cheese grits. Dont knock it until you try it. Serve for lunch or dinner with a side salad and some sauteed greens.
