One question I am always asked is this " How do you make the best burgers".

Here is the formula for success. Always start with fresh ground beef. I like an 80/20 mix. Too lean and you have no taste too fatty and well you get the greasys. Never freeze and thaw. Frozen beef is ok but just not as good as fresh. Next cooking temp is important but this one is a must. Once you start cooking the beef never, never press down on the patty and push the juice out of the burger. Those are the secrets now lets eat.

Ok, hot dogs. I love a good dog. Heres what to look for.
I like a natural casing dog. I like them boiled steamed, grilled and flame broiled. Mustard, relish, onion and yes I like chili, cheese and a Chicago dog too. I never put catsup or mayo on a hot dog.

Every week I will give my pick of the week for a burger and then offer you a style of burger that gets me interested. Heres your first burger.

A Turkey Guacamole burger w/ a chipoltle ranchero sauce. I never like a big heavy bun but, I do like it toasted or grilled. Choose a high quality turkey patty or make your own and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Lettuce, tomato, red onion and a creamy chipoltle sauce to light things up.

Cant make it yourself try Bruburger on S. westfield st in Feeding hills.

You just have to try the new steamed cheeseburgs at the diner. Please do not add condiments. That just ruins the taste of the meat.

Various location I went to Enfield Ct.
Decent burgers, great fries and I thought kind of lousy hot dog. Would I go back yeh, if friends were going. Would I choose to travel for them, gotta say no.
